2025 Season Re-Cap: The Spring 2025 Girls Varsity team went undefeated through regular and post-season play, and had an epic showing at the High School National Invite 2025 in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Experiencing everything from sun to a torrential downpour that turned fields into mud pits, RHS played teams from all over the US and progressed to the Finals without a single loss. RHS Girls met returning National Champs South Eugene in the finals for the 3rd year in a row. But this time, RHS prevailed to become the 2025 HSNI National Champions, beating South Eugene in a decisive 15-7 victory!

2024 Season Re-Cap: The Spring 2024 Girls Varsity team made a spectacular showing at the High School National Invite 2024 in Rockford, Illinois. Battling through games with 20-30mph winds and a torrential downpour in the semi-finals, RHS played teams from all over the US and progressed to the Finals. In the Final game, there was an epic battle against returning National Champs South Eugene High School, with RHS earning 2nd place silver medals after a final score of 15-14 on universal point. We are incredibly proud of the team and thankful for all the support from parents, volunteers, donors, and alumni!

2023 Season Re-Cap: The Spring 2023 Girls Varsity team finished in 2nd place at the High School National Invite 2023 in Salt Lake City, Utah. The team played their hearts out and we couldn't be more proud. Special thanks to all our parents and volunteers who made the trip happen, our generous donors who kept the trip affordable for our players, and our hosts for organizing. Congrats to eventual champions, South Eugene. We can't wait to see you all at HSNI in 2024!

2022 Season Re-Cap: We were incredibly honored to receive a return bid to the High School National Invite 2022, hosted by Ultiworld and CUT, held in Richmond, VA. Returning as the #2 ranked team in the country to defend our 2019 Championship, RHS Girls rolled through the group play and early playoffs, only losing in an incredibly tight, and weather-delayed, semifinal game.

2019 Season Re-Cap: RHS Girls beat Lone Peak to win their first National Championship with longtime coaches Charlie Eide and Lexi Garrity.

2017 Season: RHS Girls make their first appearance at HSNI and place 6th.

Washington State Playoffs

RHS Girls Ultimate Frisbee team has won the WA State Playoffs to become WA State Champions a record 5 times - in 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2019.
