2025 Spring Season Coaches

As an ultimate competitor, I bring over 17 years of experience, and as a coach over 12 years. I wouldn’t be where I am today without those that invested into me, thus I love giving back to the sport and others through coaching. I’m so happy to be back with Roosevelt for my second season. I’m a very passionate, caring demander so get ready for more sideline yelling! Off the field, I work as a strength and conditioning trainer and a physical therapist assistant, and I love playing with my pup Dewey. He’s a sweet but rowdy sideline dog, so get ready for that too. Go Riders!  

I bring 18 years of playing experience at the highest levels of ultimate and 5+ years of coaching, most recently with the Lincoln Bx program in Seattle (2021–2024). During the day, I work as a Research Scientist at the University of Washington Population Health Initiative, focusing on improving vaccine equity. As a coach, I love celebrating small wins and seeing players reach “aha” moments when something new clicks. I’m passionate about creating inclusive environments and fostering leadership in young players.

As a Roosevelt High School alum (class of 2015), I'm excited to be roped back in and help out this season! 

Born and raised in Madison, WI, I got my start playing rec league the summer after I graduated high school. I’ve now played competitive ultimate for ten years and have the honor of representing Team USA-Mixed beach this fall in Portugal. When I moved to Seattle officially in 2022, I began coaching UPrep’s Gx and Mixed seasons for two years. Recently, helped coach the Roosevelt Mixed season in 2025 - Go Riders! 

As a coach I support athletes in competing with each other and find joy in that competition. When I’m not playing or coaching ultimate I’m doing CrossFit, working for a climate and democracy non profit, and probably sharing fun facts about Wisconsin. 

Hi friends, welcome to Ultimate Frisbee. I've worked with Roosevelt High School, Ingraham High School, University of Washington, and have guest coached for numerous teams on the west coast. Outside of coaching, you can catch me playing rugby on Saturdays or volleyball on Sundays. Lately I have been trying to get good at pool!  

I promise to do my best for these players. It's going to be a great season!

Hello everyone! I couldn't be more thrilled to start the next chapter of my coaching journey with the exceptional team at Roosevelt. With nine years dedicated to Ultimate, my passion for the game runs deep. During my collegiate years, I proudly served as team captain for consecutive years. This experience honed my skills in fostering a positive team culture, mentoring fellow athletes, and competing at a high level. I'm excited to leverage these insights and coach our team this season. Having previously coached the mixed JV team during the Winter season, I'm eager to bring my expertise and enthusiasm to this new season.
